About the Role:
In this role, you'll report directly to the VP of Customer Engineering and act as a trusted advisor to their most important enterprise clients. You'll be responsible for guiding them to maximize the value of the product and achieve their AI goals. This will involve proactive collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders across their organization. You'll become an expert in their business needs, ensuring they receive the full value proposition of the software and services.
As the internal voice of the customer, you'll be their advocate, and drive alignment across various teams, including Customer Engineering, Deployment Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Product. This will involve effectively communicating customer needs and challenges, ensuring all departments are working collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer success.
