With a network built over 20+ yrs, from helping Bluechips revitalize their sales teams to Pre-IPO achieve their exit, Jim has a passion for achieving positive outcomes for our clients. His specialist market knowledge and extensive contact base has helped shape the careers of 100s of Tech Sales professionals. He founded Teem in 2015, building and developing a team of some of the best and brightest graduates who embody our values of trust, teamwork and tenacity.
Less significant achievements include winning his first and final boxing match to raise £1000 for Cancer Research and scoring the winning try in the Yorkshire RFU Colts final.
After joining our graduate scheme in 2016, Lauren now has a strategic role putting in place the framework for our continued expansion, all whilst still engaging with the best talent in senior SaaS pre-sales, customer success and marketing roles using Teem’s globally connected, proactive approach.
Sam uses his understanding of high-growth technology areas, to scope out the next hot SaaS vendors and the best talent that will help them grow globally. He focusses on driving revenue for Teem and our clients as we continue to expand into the US, supporting the sales team by spotting opportunities for them to add even more value to their network.
Toms technical understanding has established him as a true partner for his network of talented software sales and presales professionals, who recognise him for representing value, integrity, and discretion. His headhunt approach combined with incredibly thorough market mapping have proven invaluable for clients who are entering new regions.
With 2 years in Australia under his belt, Jacob has joined us to develop his strategic and consultative approach. His gritty Yorkshire work ethic and no nonsense approach is fully focused on aligning the right sales execs with the right SaaS organisations, to create a partnership that will excite and drive value for both parties.
Abbi joined Teem after graduating with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, along with impressive experience at a leading digital publisher and marketing company. Since joining in April 2023, she has hit the ground running and built out her specialised North American network.
With a degree in Sociology and Criminology from Sheffield Hallam University under his belt, Tuz kicked off his journey at Teem by helping a leading SaaS startup build out their SE teams in EMEA. Not only is he passionate about football (we won't mention which team he supports!), but he has a keen interest in photography and videography as well.
Jess joins Teem as part of our 2022 Graduate Scheme intake after receiving a First Class Honours in Biomedical Science at Leeds Beckett University. She kicked off her journey at Teem by scaling GtM teams for a disruptive employee communications platform! She's now tackling various roles across Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations.
After graduating from the University of York with a first-class honours in Business and Management, Cora joins our Leeds office with an already existing background in consulting. As well as being an eager headhunter, she is a language connoisseur, with Italian and Romanian in her repertoire!
Combining his background as a technical consultant, technical recruiter and 10+ years in sales training (including institutions like Pareto Law and Enabling Change), Giles has developed a market-leading programme full of techniques and methodologies that have been perfected by the best sales reps around the world. He makes sure that everyone in the team is continuously learning and progressing.
