Salary: Up to $350K OTE + Equity

Lead the sales team at a high-growth AI startup & take advantage of early-stage equity!

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated strategic experience, including defining PMF and ICP, and crafting comprehensive sales playbooks.
  • Proven track record in navigating the early stages of SaaS start-ups, from $0 to $5 million, with a focus on business sales, ideally with experience in EU-based companies expanding into the US market.
  • Hands-on expertise in both prospecting and closing deals, showcasing an ability to drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts.
  • Extensive experience in recruiting top talent and providing effective coaching and mentorship to build and develop high-performing sales teams.


About the Role:

  • Directly report to the CEO to strategize and execute plans for team expansion and foster a dynamic sales culture.
  • Assess and enhance existing sales strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement initiatives to shorten the sales cycle and drive faster revenue generation.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in new markets to maximize deal sizes and revenue potential.
  • Lead prospecting efforts and actively engage in closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Take charge of recruiting top-tier talent and provide ongoing coaching and development for the sales team.

With an impressive eight-figure Seed round and a TAM valued at $300 billion, this vendor is poised for rapid growth. They're planning to scale and looking for a visionary Head of Sales who can recruit and coach a small team (ideally four Business Development reps and two Sales reps). Additionally, they have the fastest AI tool in their space - 8x faster than their competitors. Whilst they are currently based in London, they are in the process of moving their HQ to the US.
