Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team!
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years experience recruiting (hiring and onboarding), and mentoring high-performing enterprise sales teams (ideally at a start-up).
- Trained in MEDDIC and experienced in implementing it within an org.
- Strong knowledge of the modern data stack.
- Proven track record building sales pipelines for Global 2000 clients, including C-suite executives, through impactful outbound demand generation.
- Expertise in collaborating with industry leaders along with key system integrators.
- Fast learner - Ability to quickly grasp value propositions to support sales efforts, address customer concerns, and navigate contractual challenges.

- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, maximizing their effectiveness through the implementation of the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Empower your team by defining clear demo/POC criteria, identifying key stakeholders within opportunities, and tailoring ROI messaging for each deal.
- Rapidly mastered the value proposition to support your team throughout the sales cycle, effectively overcome objections, and navigate contractual hurdles with customers.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and G&A teams to foster seamless internal collaboration and drive sales success.
