Salary: Up to €90K Base

Own the CS function, shape strategy, and build the playbook with the CEO!

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Successful SaaS background within a Customer Success role.
  • Experience at a top-tier consultancy firm (e.g., PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, EY).
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex products.
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, evolving startup environment.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of initiatives.


About the Role:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging your technical expertise to drive product adoption and success.
  • Work directly with the CEO to shape and expand the Customer Success function.
  • Develop and refine a structured playbook to standardize best practices for onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and proactively address challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Pedigree, hands-on leadership driving the GTM – ex Mongo and Hortonworks (both pre-IPO).
  • Early PMF with notable logos like BNP Paribas and Spendesk.
  • Just landed a stellar Series A from tier 1 EU VCs.
  • Report to the CEO and help shape GTM strategy, with the potential to lead the expansion in region.
