Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Successful SaaS background within a Customer Success role.
- Experience at a top-tier consultancy firm (e.g., PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, EY).
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex products.
- Comfortable in a high-growth, evolving startup environment.
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of initiatives.
About the Role:
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging your technical expertise to drive product adoption and success.
- Work directly with the CEO to shape and expand the Customer Success function.
- Develop and refine a structured playbook to standardize best practices for onboarding, adoption, and retention.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and proactively address challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer needs are met.
About the Company:
- Pedigree, hands-on leadership driving the GTM – ex Mongo and Hortonworks (both pre-IPO).
- Early PMF with notable logos like BNP Paribas and Spendesk.
