Early sales hire with established support functions in region.

Late-stage funding and the launch of a new disruptive solution, are driving this AI InsurTech’s ambitious GtM hiring plans.


The ideal candidate for this role is:

  • A new business specialist who has experience winning European Insurance customers.
  • Autonomous (or proven in a scale-up environment), whilst also being a team-player.
  • Target-driven, with 5+ years of solid achievement against $1m new logo targets.
  • Solution-driven, with a consultative and value-led sales style.


About the Role:

It is somewhat misleading to say that this is an early sales hire (it is) as all other business functions are already mature in Europe, so you’ll have a dedicated BDR, as well as the usual presales, marketing and partner support. All EMEA sales reps (a team of 9 so far) are overachieving as the targets are super achievable at $1.2m. The average deal size is 300k and takes 6-9 months.

Founded and HQ’d in Europe, this vendor has recently closed a massive late-stage funding round that they are using to execute their vision of revolutionising InsurTech. Current competitors are outdated legacy solutions whereas this is an AI-driven solution that offers real-time automations across all areas of insurance.

Since launching this new solution in Jan 2021, they now serve over 100 customers in 25 countries.
