Your Role:
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role supporting the team across various aspects of the business. From proactively engaging with top-tier software sales professionals to nurturing client relationships, your responsibilities will evolve over time.
Our "Academy" program has transformed into a fast-track onboarding process designed to leverage your initial sales experience:
Months 1-3: Learn and perfect our processes and methodologies as you dive into the industry as the first point of contact for our network of top-tier software sales professionals.
Months 3-6: Progress to working with warm clients, focusing on developing candidate relationships to trusted advisor status. Explore client-side skills, account expansion, and new business opportunities.
