Senior Headhunter – SaaS Sales Specialist

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 base / £60,000 – £80,000 OTE (uncapped)

At Teem, we partner with some of the most exciting SaaS Scale-ups - running exclusive campaigns for the likes of Snowflake (record-breaking tech IPO, the largest of all time), Kong, Looker (acquired by Google for $2,6bn), DataRobot, Fivetran and many more. There is no need for BD, you can hit the ground running and manage existing accounts.

We've had strong annual growth, with a record breaking Q4 despite covid. 
Our team currently stands at 17 with 45-50% female representation at every level from trainee to Director.

Who are we looking for?
 

  • 1-3yrs experience in a proactive recruitment role or outbound sales role.
     
  • Polished and professional approach.
     
  • Proven track record of overachievement in target-driven environments.
     
  • Can demonstrate our core values: Teamwork, Tenacity, Trust.
     
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
     
  • Bachelors Degree.
