Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in PLG-driven SaaS companies, guiding early-stage startups to scalable marketing acquisition channels and growth beyond Series B.
- Broad expertise across growth marketing disciplines, with deep knowledge in areas like content & SEO, lifecycle marketing, marketing ops, and analytics.
- Deep interest in the no-code space and the ability to understand and engage with its audience.
- Skilled at understanding diverse customer needs, from individuals to Fortune 500 companies, and providing effective solutions.
- Works with urgency, balancing multiple initiatives while maintaining a strategic perspective. Thrives in ambiguity and adapts to change.
- Comfortable setting goals, managing budgets, and tracking key metrics while also executing in marketing tools to drive growth.
About the Role:
- Develop and scale growth marketing strategies across B2B and B2C channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- A/B test different marketing channels to identify the most effective.
- Leverage online tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Analyse and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with product teams on in-product growth initiatives.
- Partner with the community team on engagement-driven projects.
- Expand the customer base through co-marketing and strategic partnerships with communities, agencies, and industry organizations.
