Build relationships and develop accounts as the first international CSM!
The first CSM in EMEA, you will need to be familiar with wearing many hats and have a background building successful customer relationships with a lot of autonomy.
We are looking for:
You will be leading the post-sale relationships with several strategic, enterprise accounts, focusing on truly understanding their objectives for this solution, and creating implementation, training and development plans that support that adoption. The priority for you is to build value and ensure retention, however, you will be working closely with the sales team to share information on where there is an opportunity for up/cross-sell.
Recent Series D funding from premier VCs is now enabling major international growth. This vendor is tackling software development challenges with a simple, business user-friendly solution, and has already attracted many Fortune 2000 companies, and enterprise customers like Salesforce, JP Morgan Chase, HSBC and more. EMEA is already contributing nearly 20% to the global revenue, and they have only just landed in the region!
