As the first hire in this new, specialist team, this person will be building on the initial foothold in the high-value/luxury retail vertical. Due to the bespoke nature of the solution, your conversations are highly consultative, and focuses heavily on discovery and uncovering challenges.
European HQ’d, the last few years have been strong in terms of revenue growth and VC funding – in fact they have doubled in size over the last 12 months, and closed another $26m round. The focus now is creating a scalable team structure that aligns to the key verticals: retail, hospitality, FSS, travel etc.
The whole business have hit their quota and we aren’t even at the end of Q3 yet… expected performance is 150%! The culture is collaborative and social; collaboration is key and where there is already pipeline or big deals in progress, you will be brought in to learn the ropes and receive a share of the revenue, making this an ideal role for jnr.
