Bespoke software to solve problems on the COO agenda – fast progression, international expansion, BIG earning opportunity (comp plan up to 40%!).

Salary: £75x2 OTE (uncapped)

We are looking for:

  • new business hunter who is confident running the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • c.5yrs experience selling premium SaaS solutions
  • Someone autonomous; a self-starter who is able to plan and execute growth strategies with confidence
  • Consultative and value driven – ideally used to selling a premium product where you do not compete on price

 

The role:

As the first hire in this new, specialist team, this person will be building on the initial foothold in the high-value/luxury retail vertical. Due to the bespoke nature of the solution, your conversations are highly consultative, and focuses heavily on discovery and uncovering challenges.
 

  • Engage with COO’s down, with a focus on understanding business goals and where the opportunities for development are
  • Target will be ramped to 500k, with accelerators up to 40% commission.
  • Average deal sizes range from c.25k-30k, with some deals growing up to around 100k

 

The company:

European HQ’d, the last few years have been strong in terms of revenue growth and VC funding – in fact they have doubled in size over the last 12 months, and closed another $26m round. The focus now is creating a scalable team structure that aligns to the key verticals: retail, hospitality, FSS, travel etc.

The whole business have hit their quota and we aren’t even at the end of Q3 yet… expected performance is 150%! The culture is collaborative and social; collaboration is key and where there is already pipeline or big deals in progress, you will be brought in to learn the ropes and receive a share of the revenue, making this an ideal role for jnr. Sales executives looking to develop their new business careers.
