About the Role:
As the first Sales Enablement Manager on the ground, you'll be building the entire sales enablement function from the ground up. You'll produce training programs to support sales teams that will employ the continuous education/application of MEDDIC and Force Management methodologies. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to highlight gaps in productivity across the sales team. You'll also produce and manage the new hire onboarding programs to reduce the ramp time of new hires (including BDRs, AEs, and CSMs.)
