Join an early-stage DevOps platform trusted by Adobe & Google, owning marketing data to drive revenue with seasoned GTM leaders!

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience operating autonomously in a Marketing Operations role at an early-stage company (ideally Series A or B). 
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels with a focus on data cleanliness and accuracy. 
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in funnel analytics, conversion optimization, and lead attribution. 
  • Proven ability to build and optimize marketing dashboards, attribution models, and data-driven processes. 
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot and other key tools such as Common Room.


About the Role:

  • Optimize and scale marketing data infrastructure to support revenue growth. 
  • Own and manage marketing and sales data, including dashboard development, attribution modelling, and performance tracking. 
  • Collaborate with revenue teams to analyze performance data and optimize marketing spend across channels. 
  • Identify conversion pain points and improve marketing efficiency through data-driven insights. 
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales alignment.
