As the team continue to scale across EMEA, you need to grow the lead generation function to support the Enterprise team. You’ll have immediate headcount and approval to hire, influence the regional strategy, and be the voice of the SDRs at a senior level. Your primary objective is to train and develop the team, ensuring they hit the KPIs/team metrics that you set for them.
This is a UK founded data vendor with multiple rounds of funding who are growing their global teams across multiple functions. They are recognised as a leading partner for some major vendors and have existing Enterprise use cases that are invaluable in opening doors to new customers. The solution itself has a huge addressable market, and a unique value proposition as it is built specifically for cloud-native Enterprise companies.
