Build and lead a high-performing sales team for a rapidly growing SaaS vendor!

Ideal Candidate:

  • 8+ years of experience driving sales growth in SaaS. 
  • Consistently exceeded quota and revenue targets. 
  • Deep understanding of the Financial Services industry, with a focus on selling Compliance and Risk solutions. 
  • Proven ability to scale startups, helping VC-backed vendors achieve $10M ARR. 
  • Built and led high-performing sales teams across multiple markets. 
  • Hands-on leader who thrives in a startup environment who’s also happy to closes deals. 


About the Role:

As Head of Sales, you'll join the leadership team and report directly to the CEO. You'll lead a high-performing team of 5 to scale the revenue engine. With product-market fit achieved and a repeatable sales motion in place, you'll focus on driving aggressive ARR growth. This includes building a top-tier sales team through strategic hiring and development, expanding into new markets and customer segments, and implementing an upmarket sales strategy to increase ACV.

This early-stage SaaS vendor empowers businesses to achieve frictionless compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations. Their platform allows their customers to onboard new clients faster and more efficiently, while ensuring regulatory adherence. They are early-stage, but already have strong customers and strong USP against their competitors in a rapidly emerging category. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing start-up in a high impact leadership role, and collaborate closely with the CEO.
