As the FIRST Enablement hire, you will be tasked with building programmes from the ground up. As the company target new markets and follow an ambitious hiring schedule, your first challenge will be creating a scalable onboarding process that gets all new hires ramped up and singing from the same hymn sheet. From there, the world is your Oyster… work with the Sales Leaders and Marketing team to highlight development areas and build content to develop the teams, support with ad hoc development and upskilling needs, and generally put in place long-term structures that will make the GtM teams as effective as possible.
