Global Marketing Operations Manager – Series B funding, Enterprise SaaS vendor

Influence the Global Marketing strategy as the FIRST operations hire dedicated to ensuring marketing success.

Salary: up to £100k + equity

We are looking for someone with:
 

  • Knowledge of the marketing function from 2+ years in a similar Marketing Operations role within a SaaS vendor.
     
  • A data-driven approach. Comfortable utilising and interpreting data, creating reports for senior managers etc.
     
  • Hands on experience of Salesforce and Pardot (or similar marketing automation tools).
     
  • A growth mindset; coachable and keen to develop alongside the company, and marketing team generally.


About the Role:

This is the FIRST Marketing Operations hire globally so you will be reviewing and implementing best practices to ensure ROI from the tech stack, and generally aim to build scalable processes by taking a holistic view of the Marketing function. As with most Ops roles, you’ll be combining analysis and communication to provide insight to management about what is working, what’s not working, and what you can learn from current/past campaign performance.
