Ideal Profile:

  • 1 year BDR experience at a SaaS vendor.
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude & proven track record of overachievement.
  • Confident engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Desire to have an impact in a fast-paced start-up.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Degree/Masters educated.


The Role:

  • Develop the BD function from the ground up, establishing playbooks and territories.
  • Apply industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and account development.
  • Executing outbound prospecting & effectively manage inbound leads.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations to targeted accounts engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop new BDR hires as the company scales.
