Founding Account Executive - 1st Sales Hire Opportunity

SALARY £110,000 - £149,999

Salary: Up to £140k base x2 OTE plus stock options 

Location: London, UK (hybrid) 

Report directly to the founders as the FIRST sales hire in the entire company! 

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

  • 2+ years of SaaS Sales and/or Account Management experience. 

  • Trained in the MEDDIC sales methodology.  

  • Enterprise new logo hunter with demonstrable land and expand track record. 

  • Proven track record of overachieving sales quotas.  

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced start-up (Pre-Seed/Seed/Series A) environment.  

About the Role: 

  • Identify potential clients and assess their needs to create new business opportunities. 

  • Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to arrange meetings and demos. 

  • Track interactions, record notes, and qualify leads. 

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product presentations to negotiation and closing. 

  • Gather client feedback and share insights with the product team for ongoing improvements.
