- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software, with expertise in open source or infrastructure software preferred.
- Proven track record in leveraging relationships and effective sales strategies to drive success.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
- Experience with fast-growing startups is a plus.
About the Role:
- Own and manage a portfolio of accounts, including understanding buying criteria, ensuring pipeline accuracy, and driving leads to closure.
- Provide account leadership through the pre- and post-sales process, contributing to the analysis of wins and losses.
- Play a key role in acquiring new customers and supporting the growth of the business.
- Meet individual sales quotas and objectives, contributing to company growth.
