Enterprise Account Executive - Join as the 1st GtM hire! 

Location: UK (remote)
Salary: £120,000 Base

Be a part of the founding team as the 1st GtM hire! 

We are looking for:

• Strong understanding of the data streaming ecosystem. 
• Experience selling to technical stakeholders e.g CTO, CIO orgs.
• Structured sales methodologies / qualification i.e MEDDIC. 
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a team player. 
• Strong outbound motion.
• Previous experience as a 1st on the ground/early-stage hire a bonus.
• Ideally has leadership experience. 

About the Role:

Join as the first Go-to-Market hire, collaborating directly with the CEO/Founder in a remote environment. Your primary focus over the initial 12 months revolves around revenue generation, crafting the sales playbook, and assembling the core sales team from scratch. Take the lead in driving sales success, establishing strategies, and laying the groundwork for a robust sales framework, playing a pivotal role in the company's foundational growth.
