Enterprise Account Executive - German Speaking

LOCATION EMEA (Remote)

SALARY £110,000 - £149,999

Location: UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, or Belgium (remote)

Salary: Up to £250K/€300K OTE

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in complex enterprise software sales, with a demonstrated ability to close large deals.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring SDRs to optimize their performance and contribution to the sales team.
  • A deep understanding of the software delivery life cycle.
  • Must be fluent in German language – Spanish and/or French is a bonus.
  • Must be based in either the UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, or Belgium.


About the Role:

  • Work closely with SDRs to identify and nurture high-potential enterprise leads.
  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Leverage expertise in lead generation and consultative selling.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to SDRs to support their success.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
