Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in complex enterprise software sales, with a demonstrated ability to close large deals.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring SDRs to optimize their performance and contribution to the sales team.
- A deep understanding of the software delivery life cycle.
- Must be fluent in German language – Spanish and/or French is a bonus.
- Must be based in either the UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, or Belgium.

- Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage expertise in lead generation and consultative selling.
- Provide guidance and coaching to SDRs to support their success.
