Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience – ideally in AI.
- Proven track record of consistently overachieving quota.
- Strong ability to engage and sell to C-level stakeholders within enterprise size organisations.
- Stellar negotiation skills, with ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals within technical, legal, and financial teams.
- Successful background at an early-stage (Seed-Series C) SaaS start-up.
- Must be based in San Francisco, California.
About the Role:
- Join as the founding GTM hire and help transition from founder-led sales to a repeatable sales motion.
- Manage complex sales cycles and build long-term relationships.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to enterprise contracting, highlighting the product's benefits.
- Create and execute advanced strategies to enter new markets and maintain executive-level relationships.
- Lead product demos and negotiations, ensuring alignment with both technical and business needs
- Mentor junior sales team members, promoting knowledge sharing and performance growth.
