Open the EMEA market as the first international sales hire!
Salary: £100k x2 OTE + equity
The first EMEA hire, you will need to be familiar with wearing many hats and have a background in building a new region with a lot of autonomy.
About the Role:
Opening up new markets with a unique product, your role will be part thought leader but all commercial. You will be engaging with stakeholders who influence process change across organisations e.g. CTOs, whilst the help of a dedicated pre-sales specialist in region. Taking a land and expand approach, average deal sizes can vary from $80k to $700k on land, developing into $1m+ accounts. You will have an achievable ramp period whilst you build out EMEA, but hitting £1m revenue in yr.1 shouldn’t be a challenge.
