Route to EMEA Sales Leader as this AI start-up hire their FIRST ENTERPRISE SALES hire worldwide!
We are looking for:
Ideally, you will also have knowledge of AI-enabled SaaS or data, planning, scheduling, or optimisation solutions, and be happy commuting to a central London office once or twice a week.
About the Role:
This is the first sales hire worldwide, reporting directly to the CTO. You will be focused on building the brand into a recognisable name in the market, generating your pipeline through online research, outreach, networking, and via worldwide AI events. It is imperative that this person continuously refines the ideal customer profile and acts as a guide to the marketing and product development teams.
The solution is applicable to any size of business, so whilst you build the enterprise ($10Mn+ARR) playbook, you can simultaneously nurture and close smaller leads from your BDR. Alongside winning new logos, you’ll work closely with the CEO to help scale the sales team to 10+ people.
About the Company:
This is a hugely attractive value proposition with a very simple ROI – 2-5x cheaper than existing solutions. Since launching c.18 months ago, they have already closed funding, won referenceable customer names, and established themselves in a B2C context. They are now looking to expand their B2B focus in order to triple their ARR.
Being founder-lead, the team are passionate about their mission and enjoy getting out on the road to talk about AI. This will best fit with someone who is ambitious and happy to put in the work to prove they could be the EMEA Sales Leader.
