Establish the sales playbook as the first sales hire!

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years of Sales Development Representative (SDR) background and 3-5 years of experience as an Account Executive (AE).
  • Adaptable to the unpredictability typical of Seed-stage startups and adept in transitioning to Series A and beyond. 
  • Demonstrates entrepreneurial traits, self-reliance, and autonomy, driven by a passion to be impactful. 
  • Based in Europe with a time zone difference within a range of 2-3 hours from Berlin.
  • Knowledge of no-code software, self-service software, product-led tooling, and AI is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in remote-first work environments and proficiency in collaborating efficiently within dispersed teams is advantageous.

 

About the Role:

As an Enterprise Account Executive (AE), you'll be the founding sales team member, entrusted with a pivotal role in shaping the company's sales trajectory. Your primary responsibilities include collaborating closely with the founders to craft the sales playbook, establish key frameworks, and implement strategies for repeatable and scalable sales processes. Additionally, you'll play a crucial part in identifying market opportunities, fostering client relationships, and spearheading initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
