Salary: £190K Base

Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of 1st line leadership experience within the partner space.
- Experience working in a start/scale-up environment.
- Ability to sell to and through ISVs (AI preferable).
- Consistent over achievement of partner revenue quota.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
About the Role:
Forming alliances with ISVs, you will build out the partner ecosystem from the ground up. Upon joining, you'll be managing a team of two partner managers, and be involved in recruiting/onboarding additional partner managers to support your team and FY goals.
