Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience within a SaaS business – bonus if at an early-stage startup.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships, driving renewals, and optimising support processes.
- Adept understanding of IT support processes, tools, and technologies.
- Experience with customer support systems and workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
About the Role:
You are responsible for ensuring that customers achieve the maximum ROI, driving both renewals and referrals. You will work with customers to understand, identify pain points and new features, and resolve issues.
