EMEA HQ’d vendor with big international expansion – join the brand new NA team and build from the ground up! 

Salary: c.$110k

Are you passionate about tech and helping your customers get the most out of their investment in a solution? 

We are looking for autonomous, driven customer managers to help build the North American presence by acting as product experts and trusted advisors to a portfolio of Enterprise customers.
 
To succeed you will need to be: 
 

  • Technically minded, and familiar with frontend applications/APIs.
     
  • Relationship driven and customer first – ideally from a CSM or Product Manager background.
     
  • Process-led, understanding workflows, automation SaaS etc. 
     

As one of the first boots on the ground in NA, you will be ensuring that all customers get the most out of their investment – working closely to understand their pains and the challenges throughout the business, then getting hands on with the tech to help them build new workflows and create new apps. The EMEA team are delivering 0% churn, so the bar is high for this new NA counterpart!
