Salary: Up to £50,000 Basic

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1+ years of experience in a CSM role within a SaaS startup (Seed to Series C).
• Track record of collaboration across departments (product, sales, domain experts).
• Track record of meeting CS KPIs such as NDR, adoption and renewal rate.
• Experience engaging with finance teams is a bonus.

About the Role:

• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction. 
• Identify commercial opportunities to expand accounts while shaping our GTM strategy. 
• Work cross-functionally to solve complex tax-related challenges for customers.
