Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of technical presales, application engineering, customer success, or similar experience. 
  • 2+ years of Siemens NX and/or Mastercam experience is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar.
  • Adept knowledge of CNC machining processes and CAD/CAM software.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with the likes of the sales and technical teams.
  • Able to travel where required to meet customers and support sales/post-sales. 
  • Strong problem-solving ability.


About the Role:

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will support the sales process and ensure the ongoing success and satisfaction of customers. You’ll understand customers needs, share technical expertise, and ensure that the product aligns with customer requirements throughout the customer lifecycle.
