Salary: Up to €72,000 Basic + Stocks

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, demonstrating solutions and understanding customer needs.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on rapid execution and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with sales, customers, and internal teams.
  • Prior experience in software engineering is a plus. Programming experience (Python preferred) is beneficial but not required.


About the Role:

  • The role involves working with customers through their full life cycle.
  • Partner with the sales team to qualify leads and understand customer pain points during early discovery.
  • Craft and deliver customized technical demos showcasing the solution's capabilities and its fit for specific customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales on scoping projects, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to remove technical blockers and streamline the onboarding process for trial customers.
  • Providing training to customers on the Valohai Platform (online and onsite).
  • Project migration - implementation of the solution in the customer's environment after managed trials are successful.
  • Also provide ongoing technical support to customers (~10% of the role).
