About the Role:
As a Business Development Representative, your daily activities will include crafting cadence structures (calls, emails, and leveraging social media), engaging in outbound prospecting, and effectively handling inbound leads. You will spearhead discovery conversations with target accounts and interact with C-level stakeholders. Simultaneously, you will exceed Business Development targets and guide new BDR recruits as the company scales.
