Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working at a B2B SaaS, consulting, or equivalent company. 
  • Previous experience initiating conversastions with various stakeholders across a range of organisations. 
  • Has previous success working for a fast-paced start-up company.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and writing skills. 

 

About the Role:

As a BDR, your typical day will involve developing cadence structures (e.g., calling, emailing, and utilising socials), outbound prospecting, and successfully managing inbound leads. You'll take the lead on conduncting discovery conversations to target accounts and engage with C-suite stakeholders. Whilst executing the above, you'll exceed BD targets and mentor new BDR hires as the business scales.
