Salary: £35K - £60K Base

Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the SaaS space.
• Confident in engaging with C-level stakeholders. 
• A proven track record of overachieving. 
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and/or Command of the Message. 
• Previous experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales/Marketing teams. 
• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above. 

About the Role:

As a Business Development Representative, your role will involve:

• Utilizing your industry knowledge to research accounts, recognize relevant stakeholders and generate interest. 
• Successfully outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads. 
• Executing high-level discovery conversations to targeted accounts.
• Engaging with C-level stakeholders. 
• Advise, mentor, and guide new BDR recruits as the team grows.
