About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring clients receive exceptional service, from the initial set-up and onboarding process to ongoing product adoption. In addition, you will have the opportunity to drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling, while also acting as an internal customer advocate, ensuring that client feedback is effectively communicated to our internal teams for product improvement.
