Snowflake only hire a A-players – driven, professionally sales trained, with a proven, new business track record… generally Enterprise reps at the top of their game! These people are almost certainly not active, so headhunting in a passive, candidate-driven market is part art, part science.
Armed with a compelling message (thanks to the collaboration with the EMEA leadership team) we took the campaign across 7 countries, engaging and nurturing the talent pool so that we could jump on every opportunity to tempt them away from their current roles.
Working directly with the hiring managers was a true partnership, allowing us to adapt quickly to changes and involve them when needed to influence the candidate engagement – after all, hiring the best sales and engineering talent is a two-way street.
